I’m looking forward to participating in the Ninth Annual Space & Satellite Law Colloquium on December 3, 2020. There will be discussions of international space law, the effects of the pandemic on the commercial space industry, financing, the FAA’s new launch and reentry rules, and other topics. I will be discussing property rights.
